We are delighted to launch #NFF2018 with the wonderful Christopher Eccleston. Come and join us for a screening of Shallow Grave (18) followed by an In Conversation with the man himself. Book Early to avoid missing out!

Kicking Off our Ridley Scott Session is a screening of his First ever Film ‘Boy and Bicycle’. This event has been supported by The Assembly House Trust.

Part of our Ridley Scott Session at this year’s Norwich Film Festival will showcase a screening of this Sci-Fi masterpiece Blade Runner – The Final Cut. .

Concluding our evening celebrating a selection of the work by Ridley Scott is a screening of the ground breaking Film – Alien.
Private: Sea Sorrow (15) Plus Q&A with Vanessa Redgrave
Sea Sorrow marks Vanessa Redgrave’s debut as a film director and is a very personal, dynamic meditation on the current global refugee crisis through the eyes and voices of campaigners and children mixing past and present in its reflection on the importance of human rights. This event has been sponsored by Dipple & Conway.
Private: In Conversation with Juliet Stevenson
The Norwich Film Festival is delighted to host an In Conversation with one the UK’s best loved actresses who has worked extensively in Film, T.V and Theatre. Juliet has won an Olivier award, along with being nominated a further four times within this field. She has also been nominated four times for the prestigious BAFTA Best Actress category for her work in Film and TV.
Private: Celebration Awards and Networking
We will be closing this year’s Festival with an informal awards ceremony in which we will be announcing the winners of our Best Short, Best Student, Best Animation, Best Documentary and Best East Anglian Award for 2018. This event will be followed by a small drinks reception which will provide a wonderful opportunity for our Nominated filmmakers to network with other filmmakers.
