Synopsis: Upon recording the dying words of a terminally ill man, a hospice videographer grapples with the decision to disclose the disturbing video to the man’s only daughter, knowing its contents could profoundly impact her life.
About the Filmmaker: Martín Luna is a filmmaker from Culver City, California. In 2019, he moved to New York to pursue filmmaking at New York University. Now enrolled in USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, Martín focuses on highlighting familial and identity-based stories. Martín’s second semester USC project premiered at the academy-qualifying Out on Film festival in Atlanta, Georgia. His most recent student project “Tomorrow Is” will make its premiere at the academy-qualifying deadCenter film festival in June 2024.
