Synopsis: Grace Ridhi turns up to Mr Freeman’s house to demand he pay for all the overdue bills he owes the council. Mr Freeman prefers a more spiritual approach to such things.
About the Filmmaker: Will is a director and editor with a background in documentary filmmaking. After graduating from art school, he worked as an editor for several years at the award-winning documentary company High Altitude Films. During this time, he also made his own art films, which have been featured in publicly funded exhibitions. Will’s documentary work taught him the importance of narrative, character development, and visual storytelling. He is now using these skills to write and direct short narrative fiction. His films are characterised by their distinctive tone and style, mixing understatement with threads of emotional tension.
