Synopsis: After a recommendation from her therapist, Agnes tries to calm her anxiety through the growing of Icelandic Poppies, unexpectedly befriending the young gardener, Asmund, in the process.
About the Filmmaker: Danish director, Anne-Sofie Lindgaard, debuted on the short film scene with her award-winning short film ‘5800’ in 2019. This was followed by experimental short, ‘This Is Hardcore’ starring actress Sandra Kampp, where Anne-Sofie shed a light on mental health and heartbreak through a deeply personal perspective. With a passion of bringing female stories to the screen, Anne-Sofie also works for the organisation ‘Girls In Film’ when not busy with her own directing projects.
