Synopsis: A coming of age drama about the vulnerability of masculinity, the cracks that form in childhood friendships, and the frailty of father figures. When Ant introduces childhood friend Emily to his new and much older friend Tosh, cracks start to show in their longstanding friendship.
About the Filmmaker: Beth is self-taught writer/director and alumni of Screen Yorkshire FLEX, BFI Scratch Me and has been mentored by Shane Meadows since 2017. A semi-finalist for 2023 BBC comedy directors bursary and is currently developing her first feature as well as being attached to direct body horror ‘Dandy Lion’ written by Olivia Rowland and Produced by Lewis Coates (Static Flow) and 90s comedy ‘Thick as Thieves’ Written by Chris Green (Shout to the Top Productions).
