Synopsis: Annette lives a discontented life working in a road-side cafe, until one day Morgan enters and the pair become immediately transfixed by one another. They are inevitably drawn into a deeply intense romantic attraction they are fated never to fully realise.
About the Filmmaker: Olivia is a Scottish director with a portfolio of work encompassing narrative fiction, commercials and music videos. Her short ‘Rosalyn’ was screened in competition at many film festivals, winning the Best Cork Short Award at the 2019 Cork International Film Festival, and the Best Scottish Short Award at the 2020 Edinburgh Short Film Festival. She has since been selected to take part in the BFI Network and Screen Scotland supported Sharp Shorts 2020 scheme, which awarded her funding for ‘A90’.
