Synopsis: A short documentary exploring queer rural experiences and what it means to belong. It follows four individual stories in East Anglia and deals with themes such as the loss of queer spaces, how life has changed in the last thirty years and what queer community means.
About the Filmmaker: Timothy Allsop is a writer and director. His films and plays have been performed in the UK. He originally trained as an actor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has worked in television and film. His play, Open, written with Christopher Adams, was published by Nick Hern Books. His short film, Everything Just So explored gay perfectionism.
