About the Filmmaker: Paulina Jaskiewicz was born and raised in Poland. She moved to the USA in 2018 with a dream of becoming a movie producer. Currently a film student at SUNY Westchester College, she attended film and theater courses at the University of Hawaii in Manoa, UCLA Extension, and Hollywood Film Academy. Paulina was a stage manager in Kailua Onstage Arts in Hawaii and took part in many film projects as a director and production assistant. Besides film, TV, and theatre she is very passionate about sport. Paulina is a three time Polish Handball Champion and played in the Junior National Team of Poland. Helping the community is incredibly important for her. She is inspired by the Greyston story and can’t wait to share Wide Open Dreams with audiences.
