Synopsis: Amid rising tensions between the United States and China, an American woman struggles to maintain a long-distance relationship with her Chinese boyfriend. This is a story about two people in love – connected via the power of technology, but divided by the public stigma it helps to spread.
About the Filmmaker: Toby Wosskow is a British-born, Los Angeles-based writer and director. His highly acclaimed 2019 short film Sides of a Horn was featured in The New York Times and won the Oscar-qualifying Grand Jury Award at Edmonton International Film Festival. Toby has directed commercials and branded content for the likes of BMW, United Nations, Fujifilm, Oakley, Footlocker, Real Madrid, and over 10 spots for Nike.
