Synopsis: In a green metropolis far away lives a plant spirit called Clay whose daily work routine had become such a monotonous one that he felt he had to find a new direction & branch out – before his life becomes pot bound. Clay is left questioning where he is heading in life. But after reconciling with his roots, he learns a new understanding of what it means to feel alive.
About the Filmmaker: Ryan Gathorne is a Director and 2D/3D Animation student from the University of Surrey, currently based in Kent, UK. He is passionate about 2D and 3D animation, with a particular interest in motion design. After completing internships at Entia, Volume, and Melodoo, Ryan has gained experience in motion graphics, 3D animation, and brand design.
