Synopsis: Surrounded by her loving family on her birthday, an event occurs in Lebanon that shapes Mira’s life forever.
About the Filmmakers: Maya Zankoul is a Lebanese illustrator and author. She’s the creative director at Wezank Animation Studio in Lebanon, has directed an animated webseries for Beirut+ TV and currently runs YouTube hit channel Lila TV producing animated content for children in Arabic. She has also published several illustrated books over the last 12 years and exhibited her work worldwide.
Toni Yammine is a Lebanese multidisciplinary artist. For the last 20 years, he has been involved in the production of several projects for different media as a producer, writer, and director. He is passionate about photography and music and has been teaching these crafts and giving workshops whenever possible. At the moment, he spends most of his time at Wezank, a Lebanese film boutique he co-founded and co-manages.
