Synopsis: A distant father and his six year old son connect as they put a horse out of its misery.
About the Filmmaker: Brúsi Ólason is an Icelandic director, screenwriter and editor. He grew up on a farm outside Selfoss in the south of Iceland and in 2015 he graduated from the University of Iceland where he majored in film studies and minored in creative writing. He is currently studying directing as part of a Film MFA at Columbia University in New York. In his films, Brúsi explores themes such as relationships, communication, and the urge to connect with other human beings and how we fail or succeed to do so.
